Description

Instrument Rating Sign | Earned Not Given | Cessna or Piper Arrow

The view limiting device. The instrument scan. The holding entries and approach briefings practiced until you could stay ahead of the airplane. An instrument rating is earned through disciplined flying, careful preparation, and sound judgment. This Airspeed Junkie instrument rating sign celebrates that achievement with a message that fits the journey: Earned Not Given.

Choose the Cessna or Piper Arrow version to reflect your connection to the aircraft. This 12 x 12 inch acrylic aviation sign gives your instrument rating milestone a place in your office, den, or hangar.

An Instrument Rating Gift That Recognizes the Work

Behind the successful checkride are hours spent interpreting clearances, managing workload, flying approaches, and learning to trust the instruments. The rating marks an achievement, but the habits built along the way are what you carry into every IFR flight.

Whether you are celebrating your own instrument checkride or choosing a gift for a newly instrument rated pilot, this sign recognizes more than a new line on a certificate. It recognizes the commitment it took to get there.

Earned Not Given | A Milestone Worth Remembering

Part of Airspeed Junkie's Earned Not Given line, this design celebrates earning an instrument rating. Display it beside your logbooks or in the space where you plan your next flight. It is a reminder of the study, flight training, and persistence behind the achievement.

Choose Your Aircraft Version

  • Cessna: Select the Cessna aircraft version.
  • Piper Arrow: Select the Arrow option for the Piper Arrow aircraft version.
  • Includes one sign in your selected version, not a set of two.
